In the fall of 2018, I had the opportunity to travel to India to visit my sister, who lives there full time. Having recently finished college and having also recently gotten back into photography, the only camera I could afford was a little Canon Powershot 270. My previous camera being just an old 1980s Soviet film camera, I was still over the moon with excitement. I spent the next two weeks hanging out of car windows and off precipices taking pictures of fortresses, temples, and cattle, with a re-found love for photography that I had forgotten since I was a teenager.
